1. Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Times –

   • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

   • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (additional cost).

   • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location.
     Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking – Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Delivery Issues – Slim X is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your information before placing an order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages – If your package shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Slim X is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

6. International Duties & Taxes – Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
